Hi and welcome to the Winworks Software website.  My name is Kevin Folsom and I started Winworks Software back in 1993.  My goal was to produce a shop management system that just feels right for service writers and owners.  To do that, I started by working closely with Snyders Automotive in the Placerville, California area to design what we believe is the first Windows-based automotive shop management system.  I place a heavy emphasis on suggestions from users and quality and reliability of our software.  The result was the dramatic growth of our new company with nearly 3,000 users across the country and around the world.  Our desire is to provide you the best possible innovative software solution for your shop and unsurpassed customer service.  The Winworks team and I look forward to serving you.

Hi I’m George.  I have been with Winworks Software since June of 1999.  My main position is Programmer but I also support the Winworks Team.  I was an ASE certified master mechanic for 14 years and found my way to get my degree in Computer Information Systems.  I handle many of the advanced calls that come up and I have fun doing what I do.  I have a wonderful wife and two children and we all like to go camping as a family as often as we can.  I have many hobbies including researching new technologies for my profession.  One day I will be talking to you soon.

Hi there! My name is Brian.  I have been with Winworks Software since August of 1999.  I started out as the Junior Tech here in our Tech Support staff but over the years have grown into the Senior Tech position here.  I handle not only Technical Support issues that come in.  I also handle sales calls and trainings.  Some of you may have met me in Gold Sale Training seminars or you may have talked to me during your purchase process.  My job here at Winworks is very rewarding!  It brings me satisfaction that you as our customers are being taken care of as well as I would want to be taken care of if I was in your place.

Hello I’m Rick.  I am the newest member with Winworks Software, starting June 2007.  I am a Support Technician.  I have been involved with computers for over ten years, mostly specifying, testing and trouble shooting Hardware designed for custom applications.  I have a terrific wife, and between us, five children with a total of five grandchildren. We are spread out across a couple States and enjoy time together with family as often as possible.  My hobbies include playing and writing songs with the Christian Rock band I am in,  and traveling with my Wife.  Looking forward to serving you soon.

Howdy, I’m Julie, the voice of Winworks Software.  I have been with Winworks Software since April of 2007.  My main position is answering the phones and being an advocate to our customers.  However, I am also the manufacturer, packer, and shipper of Winworks AutoShop as well as EZ-Writer.  I also try my best to make our office run as smoothly as possible.  I am a big fan of days in the sun with a book in hand.  I also enjoy camping and fishing with my family as often as possible.  I hope to be hearing from you soon!
